How do I create an account?

Click 'Get Started' on the homepage, fill in your details and verify your email. Your account will be active within minutes.

Is there a minimum age to invest?

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and invest on Xeco Capital.

What countries can use Xeco Capital?

We currently serve investors in 78+ countries. A small number of jurisdictions are restricted due to regulatory requirements. You will be notified during registration if your country is restricted.

Do I need to complete KYC?

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is optional, so you can get started right away. However, unverified accounts have certain limits. Verifying your identity removes these restrictions, increases your transaction limits, and ensures smoother withdrawals.

Are the returns guaranteed?

Our fixed return plans carry a guaranteed ROI as clearly stated for each plan. All terms are disclosed before you invest.

When do I receive my returns?

Returns are paid at the end of the plan's duration (on maturity). You can track your accrued profit in real time on your dashboard.

Can I run multiple investment plans at once?

Yes. You can activate multiple plans simultaneously across different asset classes and durations.

What asset classes are available?

We offer plans across stocks, cryptocurrency, and real estate — individually or as a balanced multi-asset portfolio.

Can I exit a plan early?

Early withdrawal is possible but subject to an exit fee depending on how far into the plan duration you are. Full details are shown before you confirm any withdrawal.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH), bank transfers, and debit/credit cards. Available methods may vary by country.

How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits are typically confirmed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Card payments are usually instant.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–48 business hours once approved by our finance team.

Are there withdrawal fees?

Standard withdrawals are free. Crypto network fees (gas) may apply on blockchain transactions. Early exit fees apply if withdrawing from an active investment plan.

Referral program

How does the referral system work?

When you refer someone using your unique referral link and they invest, you earn a commission. Our system supports multiple downline tiers.

How many tiers does the referral system have?

Xeco Capital supports a multi-level referral structure. You earn commissions from direct referrals (tier 1) and from the people they refer (tier 2 and beyond). Exact rates are shown on your referral dashboard.

When are referral earnings paid?

Referral commissions are credited to your account wallet automatically when your referred user completes an investment. You can withdraw them at any time.

How is my money protected?

We use bank-grade SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict access controls. All funds are held in segregated accounts.

What is your AML policy?

We comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations across all jurisdictions we operate in. All accounts are subject to KYC verification and transaction monitoring.

Can I enable two-factor authentication?
